Our Models
Four partnership structures
Below are the four partnership models currently available. Each includes a real example from the group portfolio and indicates where it fits best.
Model 1
OEM & White-Label Manufacturing
You define the specifications. We manufacture, brand (yours or ours), and deliver at scale.
Custom device configuration, branded packaging, quality assurance (MENA QUAL), logistics coordination, and optional warranty and support contracts.
Best for technology distributors, education ministries, enterprise procurement offices, and regional hardware brands seeking local manufacturing.
Capacity: ISO City assembly line — 18 SKUs, 7 categories, monthly volumes from 100 to 20,000 units per product.
Example: Ministry of Education bulk tablet deployment with custom MDM pre-configuration and branded packaging.
Model 2
Joint Ventures & Co-Investment
Shared ownership, shared risk, shared returns. We bring manufacturing, technology, and regional market access. You bring capital, complementary technology, or market reach.
Current precedent: AgriTech City Factory (Fuheis → Irbid), combining industrial capacity with agricultural AI capabilities.
Best for international technology companies entering the Jordanian/MENA market, regional investors, and strategic partners in adjacent sectors.
Focus: Long-term collaboration with shared execution, market expansion, and aligned returns.
Model 3
Technology Integration & Licensing
Your technology, our deployment infrastructure. We integrate partner technologies into our hardware, platforms, and service offerings — or license our platforms for partner deployment.
Current precedent: Edibon collaboration — engineering education equipment integrated into ISO City’s training facilities and curriculum.
Best for EdTech companies, AI/ML tool providers, cybersecurity solution vendors, and IoT platform developers seeking regional deployment partners.
Fit: Ideal where the partner already has a product or platform and needs structured market deployment.
Model 4
Institutional & Government Partnerships
Multi-sector engagements where the group deploys education, technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure as an integrated package for government programs and institutional clients.
Current precedent: University of Jordan – Mina’a Academy cooperation agreement for technical diploma programs (L4 & L5), delivered through EQRA TECH and ISO Education Group.
Also: Zain KSA MSSP agreement — Silver Wolf providing managed security services through Zain’s enterprise channel.
Best for government ministries, development agencies, large university networks, and public-sector technology programs.
Strength: One integrated engagement model instead of fragmented vendor coordination.
